We are always happy to help you navigate the billing process and explain your EOB (explanation of benefits) and bill when it comes time.

We are not able to give accurate quotes for anesthesia related charges prior to surgery. Anesthesia billed charges are based on time and other patient factors and not solely based on the diagnosis/procedure being performed. Furthermore, benefits are not verified prior to your procedure so out of pocket expenses cannot be estimated as it relates to co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible, etc. If you still feel that you would like an estimate, please contact us. If you do not have insurance: 

We utilize flat rate fees that are paid up front and are fully refundable in the case of cancellation.  You will not
owe more if the surgery becomes more complicated or takes longer than expected. The amount in your invoice is the total amount due.

When opting for this payment option, payment is due in full prior to the day of surgery.  You will receive an invoice via text and email to be paid electronically prior to surgery.  It will have "Compass Anesthesia Providers" on the invoice.

If you wait to pay on the day of surgery, the rate will incur a 3% convenience fee.  If you'd like a Self-Pay rate quote, please fill out the contact us and provide as much detailed information as possible
